Purchased in 2018 by Jim McCarthy and Antonia Cavalier, The Mill Market has become a go-to favorite for the greater South Burlington community. Jim’s years of experience as a talented executive chef at Shelburne Farms and Antonia’s time in the Vermont National Guard have helped propel the vision of The Mill Market, which is to be a place that celebrates and serves the local community with carefully crafted foods.
