What size events do you cater?
No event is too big or small. Whether you want to treat a few friends to a delicious meal without the mess or need to feed several hundred people, we welcome your inquiry below.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do! For orders of $350 or more, we deliver within 10 miles of The Mill Market for a fee of $35. For orders less than $300, you may pick up your order at our conveniently located market at 1580 Dorset Street in South Burlington.
How much food should I order?
You can never have too many of our tasty dishes! Our menu items are available in half-pan or full-pan sizes. Look for notes on our catering menu about how many each dish feeds. The more dishes you order, the less you’ll need of any given dish. We’re happy to fine-tune your order, so you feel confident it will meet your needs.
How much in advance should I place my order?
For our handcrafted sandwiches, place your order approximately 48 hours in advance. For other dishes, place your order a week before your event.
Can I order anything for my event?
Yes, as long as it comes from our catering menu. Hot entrees, BBQ, side salads, desserts, drinks, breakfast—hungry yet?
What does my food come in?
We prepare most everything in foil-chafing dishes so your food stays warm and travels well.
